Radiographic findings: right otic bulla is solid in comparison to left. Left lower arcade has increased density and irregularity, periosteal response around lower incisor roots, medial edge of mandible on DV is very irregular and pornounced. Lower molar roots are "backing down" into mandibular bone as rounded border of bone. Sclerosi of the mandible and opposite bulla.
